We made it as easy as possible for you! We have an integration with Google Maps, we calculate the total of driven miles or kilometers for you. You only have to fill in the route you have driven!

I work with the app:

In this article there is no difference between Android and iOS with the screenshots, since there's no difference at all! The screenshots that are used in this article are from an iOS device.

  • click on the plus
  • select 'Mileage'
  • you see that the date has been filled in with the date of today. We also filled in the category that is applicable for this type of expense and the concerned allowance per kilometer
  • click on 'Distance' or 'Edit'
  • fill in your depart and arrival address
  • you can also fill in if you drove via another address to the arrival address, use the 'Add' 
  • click 'Retour' in case you returned to the original departure address
  • below at 'Distance' you see the total calculated kilometers
  • you can fill the optional fields too, the description or vendor field
  • click 'Save'.

Don't forget to add the expenses to a report to actually get reimbursed! Read in this article how you can add expenses to a report.


I work with a browser:

  • click ' + New expense'
  • select 'Mileage'
