You have to merge the credit card transaction manually with the receipt from your 'Expense inbox':

In this article there is no difference between Android and iOS with the screenshots. The screenshots that are used in this article are from an iOS device.

  • Go to your Reports Overview
  • Open the credit card report
  • Click on the credit card expense to open it
  • You will see a button 'Merge' on the top right side
  • Click on 'Merge'
  • You will see all the not submitted receipts¬†
  • In the header you will see the transaction details, the date and amount, that will make it easy for you to search for the right receipt
  • Select the right receipt and click on merge
  • You have successfully merged the receipt with your credit card transaction. When the statement day has been passed, every credit card transaction has a receipt and the fields are filled in with information, you are able to submit the report.

I work with a browser:

  • Go to your Reports Overview
  • Open the credit card report
  • Click on the credit card icon to open the credit card transaction
  • Click on the button 'Merge with expense'
  • You will see all the not submitted receipts¬†
  • In the header you will see the transaction details in green, the date and amount, that will make it easy for you to search for the right receipt
  • Select the right receipt and click on merge
  • You have successfully merged the receipt with your credit card transaction. When the statement day has been passed, every credit card transaction has a receipt and the fields are filled in with information, you are able to submit the report.
