When do I make a report?

You can make a report if you would like to add and submit expenses, per diem or mileages. You can make a report via the 'Expense Inbox' or via 'Reports'.

How do I add expenses to a report?

On the app you will find a button on the bottom of your Expense inbox 'Add to report & submit'

When you click this button, you will get the option to select expenses, you can also choose to select them all by clicking on the top right:

Click again on 'Add to report & submit' 

Note: you will see the number of expenses selected between the brackets

You can add the expenses to a new report by clicking 'Create a new report' or add the expenses to an existing report

Whichever option you choose, your report will be submitted immediately. If you miss mandatory information in one of your expenses, the report will stay unsubmitted so you can make the changes


You can find all your reports under 'Reports' in the app. 

If you would like to add expenses directly in a report, you go to the 'Reports' (click the burgermenu on the top left), open a report and click on the '+' in your report

How do I add expenses to a report?

  • Select the expenses you would like to add to a report
  • Click on 'Add to report'
    You will see the option: 'New report' or the titel of a report that exists
