How do I activate my SRXP account?

I received an email from my company to activate my SRXP account.

You received an email from your company with an activationlink to activate your SRXP account.

Be aware: the activation link is only valid for two working days. If you received the email a while ago, please contact the HR or finance department of your company to receive a new activation email. 

If you click the link in the email, you will see the following screen:

Your name and email address are already filled in, you only need to create a password and accept the terms.
  • Your password needs to be at least 8 characters and needs to contain a lowercase letter, one uppercase letter and a digit. 
  • 'Click on Activate Account'

Your account has now been activated! You will see instructions that will guide you through the system. Do you have more questions? Please have a look at our support website.

I cannot activate my account:

If you do not see the screen after clicking the activation link, please copy the link from your email and paste them in a browser.
You can also open the link in an incognito browser, right click on the link and click on 'open in incognito version'
