You would like to upload your receipts in SRXP but you can't log in (anymore).
Is it the first time you want to work with SRXP?
You should have received a Registration Email from your employer. With this email you can create a password and log in at SRXP.
Your login name is always the email address where you have received the Registration Email.
You didn't receive a Registration Email?
Please check your Spam Folder first. Sometimes our emails are received as junk. If the email has been sent to your 'Spam Folder', make sure your mark us as a 'Trusted Sender'.
You did not receive this email at all? Reach out to the SRXP Administrator of your company. Normally this is the department Finance or HR. They can send you a new Registration Email.
Have you logged in before?
You can receive one of the following errors:
- I receive the error: "No companies available".
Your account has been most probably deactivated. Reach out to the SRXP Administrator of your company. Normally this is the department Finance or HR. They can activate your account again.
- I receive the error: "Email address is unknown".
You haven't confirmed or activated your account. Ask your SRXP Administrator for a new Registration E-mail.
- I receive the error: "Invalid email address or password".
We will advice you to create a new password. Click on 'Forgot password?' to receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
