How do I adjust a credit card transaction?

I want to change the amount, date, country or currency of the credit card transaction.

There is a credit card transaction in your SRXP account and you would like to change the amount, but this is not possible.

We receive the transactions from your credit card issuer and we place these transactions in your account. Transactions are shown with a blue credit card icon.
The transactions contains of some information that can't be overruled:

  • Date
  • Country
  • Currency
  • Amount

This information can not be changed since this is provided by the credit card issuer. Don't you agree with the information that you see in your SRXP account? Please contact the Administrator of SRXP within your company. You can find his/her contact details under the '?'.
